Bangoura, Elisah
Elisah Bangoura was born in Paris. Since her childhood she has expressed her creativity trough dance, fashion design and now, photography. In May 2001 she graduated cum laude in art photography at the photo Academy Amsterdam. As a professional photographer she already has won great acclaim. Her work is absolutely different and at the same time very diverse.
Elisah is a designer in the first place, creating her concepts by thinking and analysing. Her camera helps her to make the final pictures. Playing with colours, light, movement and different layers is typical for Elisah Bangoura's work. Even her still lives show subtle, sometimes sensual movement and exuberant colours, revealing her early involvement with dance fashion and painting.
